CITY MAJOR ROAD PROJECTS
10 Mile Road (Between Farmington Road and Orchard Lake Road)
This project is underway and includes the reconstruction and resurfacing of the pavement as well as the installation of a new traffic signal at the Power Road intersection. 10 Mile Road will be closed to thru traffic, local traffic will be maintained to accommodate access to properties within the job limits. This project is on schedule to be substantially complete and open to traffic by Labor Day.
Farmington Road (Between 10 Mile Road and 12 Mile Road)
This project is underway and includes the reconstruction and resurfacing of the pavement, installation of a sidewalk on the east side of Farmington Road from Ridgewood north to 11 Mile, and the installation of water main and sanitary sewer in several locations that currently do not have these utilities. Farmington Road will be closed to thru traffic, local traffic will be maintained in a one-way southbound direction only to accommodate access to properties within the job limits as well as Heritage Park. A detour route is posted to direct motorists around the project. This project is on schedule to be substantially complete and open to traffic by Labor Day.
CITY LOCAL ROAD PROJECTS
Lakehills Drive
Curb and gutter repair is complete. The roadway is being prepared for the installation of the base layer of pavement next week, weather permitting. Roads will be open during construction but expect delays and short term daytime closures to accommodate construction. Access to properties will be maintained.
Westhill Street
The base layer of pavement has been installed and the final layer of pavement is scheduled for next week, weather permitting. Roads will be open during construction but expect delays and short term daytime closures to accommodate construction. Access to properties will be maintained.

ROAD COMMISSION FOR OAKLAND COUNTY (RCOC)
Middlebelt Road, North of Old Franklin Drive
This project entails installation of a right turn lane on northbound Middlebelt Road near Hillel Day School. Middlebelt will remain open to two-way traffic but construction will require lane closures as well as flagging operations. Construction is scheduled to begin Monday, June 23 and be completed by Labor Day.
