We have over one and a half miles of walking paths throughout our association.   The paths have split in some spots and the seal coating is wearing away in others.  The association has budgeted and hired a company to come out and reseal the paths.

Weather permitting, Seal Coating will begin on Tuesday, 6/23 or Wednesday, 6/24.  The paths will have their gaps filled with rubber and sealed to preserve them for another eight years.   Remember, your yearly dues help keep this neighborhood looking and feeling great.
