Our association has hired contractors for maintaining the wetlands and ponds in the neighborhood. The neighbors are requested not to tamper with the ongoing contracting work. In case there is something that needs to be brought to the board’s notice, please email or call us. Cheers to the contractors finishing up the work.

The year of turmoils saw some good maintenance work happening in the neighborhood. We were able to convince the city to improve the road in our subdivision. The Haggerty Road entrance leading to the subdivision saw new road construction. The next project by the city would be to put new roads on Halsted Road entrance in the subdivision.
