A very belated Happy New Year to our 484 households of residents!  The board members of the Farmington Ridge Homeowners Association hope your year is going well.

The Annual Meeting has not yet been scheduled, but will be done later in the year in an effort to encourage more attendance by the members of the association.

There will be a picnic/concert combo gathering later this summer.  Details to be revealed later in the year.  Watch this space for more information.

In April-May, you may see people removing/destroying the eggs in the goose nests that will soon be popping up around the sub.  The egg removal is being done with a permit from the Department of Natural Resources and is being done to control the population in this area.
